AVI Global Trust (“AGT” or the “Company”) is a London-based, investment trust managed by Asset Value Investors. AGT aims to maximize total return over the long-term through an actively managed portfolio of global investments.

At a Glance

Prudential’s relationship with AGT began in 2022, when we closed a ¥4 billion investment. We continued to meet regularly with the Company following the transaction, and in April 2023, we proposed terming out existing drawings on its yen denominated revolving credit facility.

AVI Global Trust decided to partner with us given our ability to provide natural yen, attractive pricing, speed of execution, and a strong, existing relationship, which provided for a smooth and swift transaction. In July 2023, we closed a ¥4.5 billion investment with the Company.

We are proud to continue to partner with AVI Global Trust, and we look forward to supporting the business for the long-term.
