Prudential’s relationship with K-Flex started in 2018 to support the Company’s first USPP issuance through our first bilateral transaction followed by other transactions over the last years.
In 2024, Prudential Private Capital learned about K-Flex’s financial needs and willingness to further strengthen our relationship. Our Milan based deal team set a site visit and worked on finding the right market timing to provide the most competitive terms. L’Isolante K-Flex SpA decided to partner with us again given our i) relationship-oriented approach, ii) attractiveness of USPP’s terms, and iii) speed of the process.
