Prudential Private Capital began our relationship with Traffic Management in early 2024. In August 2024, we provided a One-Stop financing solution consisting of a $20 million Revolving Credit Facility, an $83.5 million Senior Term Loan, and $45 million Unsecured Subordinated Notes.
The proceeds were used to refinance the Company’s senior debt and provide its founders with liquidity in the form of a dividend.
Traffic Management, Inc. decided to solely partner with us given our capital delivered the necessary flexibility to the Company and to the founders. Our ability to speak for the entire capital structure gave the Company certainty of execution that alternatives did not. The founders and management team also valued our relationship-focused approach and local presence.
