About Michael

Michael Jones is a Managing Director, located in Sydney. He leads a team responsible for marketing, originating and managing private placement and mezzanine investments in Australia and New Zealand.

Recent work

  • Developed a bespoke funding solution for Marr Contracting, a world leader in the design and delivery of heavy-lift tower crane solutions and complex craneage services, to support the 3rd generation family to execute on their domestic and international growth strategy  ​
  • Devised a multi-tranche long-term funding solution for Alliance Airlines, an Australian air transport company, to enable the Company to acquire a fleet of new aircraft to capitalize on attractive growth opportunities. Worked as the first non-bank lender to support the company and worked in tandem with management to come up with a funding solution that supported their long-term strategic ambitions
