Dallas, TX, March 17, 2025 – PGIM Private Capital invested over $65 million of Senior Secured Notes into BCD 2025 Fund 1 MM, LLC, a subsidiary of Birch Creek Energy, to assist in funding the construction and operation of two ground-mounted solar projects totaling 35MWac, located in Frederick County, Maryland. PGIM Private Capital is a leading source of private debt for public and private companies and is the private capital arm of PGIM, the $1.4 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU).
