Despite the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we agreed with the Club on an innovative structure for a €300 million long-term debt solution. Led by PPC, this financing was successfully completed in June 2021.
The Club was attracted to our flexibility, relationship focus, and ability to lead and structure large and complex financing transactions. Compared to alternative financing options available to the Club, we were able to structure the transaction to ideally suit the Club’s financing needs, including amortization flexibility and long tenor. The result is a breakthrough structure, unprecedented in the Iberian Market.
