In July 2023, Prudential Private Capital provided a senior secured credit facility to finance the leveraged buyout of Precision Pipeline by MPE Partners.
The investment is part of Prudential Private Capital’s Direct Lending strategy which provides relationship-focused debt capital for both sponsor-backed and management-owned businesses in the mid-market.
